Online account disabled?

When I take a photo on gta 5 and try to save it, it says 'online service is disabled on your account' I have gold live membership and it's activated, so why doesn't this work?...

have you set up an account on the social club website? I believe you need to have that set up before you can upload your pictures from in game.

Just took a pic...maybe your snapshots are full. I've only taken 67 of 96.

You have to create a Rockstar Social Club account (either on the website or through the mobile app) and link your Gamertag or PSN account to it to be able to save snapshots, join/manage crews, etc.

The camera in my phone is novel...screen captures would be soooooo much better.cool stuff happening....everyone pause while I bust out my ifruit and take a shotty picture.

If you are able to actually play online and join a session, I would think it would work. I suggest posting a support request on the Rockstar forums.

Sorry that I don't know (or I'd've said how), probably in an online privacy menu but that's just a guess.
