Patch 1.04 giving different payouts?

In some missions, I make 2wice what others make. And other missions, I make half. What's going on here?

 

I thought maybe they reward the person who does the most with a higher payout but that can't be true because in the mission where I got half, I did ALL the work and the noobs still made more than me.

Yeah it's odd.

Last night 4 of us did Base Invaders, 3 of us, including myself, got the $12500 and then one guy got $25000.

Maybe you randomly get the old/full payout as a reward? Or based off the game so far, maybe it's a glitch;)

There are lots of threads about this already!

 

The recent patch made it so you get half the money for a mission, once you've done it once. So the guy getting 25k would be doing it for the first time ever, the rest of you had done it before so only get half.

It works like this. The very first time you do a missions with a character, you get the full payout. Each time there after for the life of the character you will get half. f*cking bullsh*t.

$25,000 for that mission was a pot of gold and every loved it. Racing and Deathmatch and other missions are a lot less. Still $12,500 for a repeat mission is pretty dang good.

 

I dont think Rockstar planned on people making so much money that quick. At the previous rate, you could buy and complete collecting the best stuff in a few days of playing (actual time playing). I don't play much, I haven't glitched, and I still made about 300-400K in less than 20hrs of playing time.

Where did you see $1,500?? It use to cost $2000 for medical bills and it has been reduced to $500 (or 75% of 2,000)

Read his post again. He said you "Save" $1,500 every time you die.

Could be a cooldown-system.

 

If you do Base Invaders after so and so time again, you might get the Full Payout.

 

I'll try doing it again tomorrow.
