Anyone else finding "hard" setting for missions is filled with

i played 2 missions on hard today Base invaders and the lost connection or whatever its called, the guys were completely op in both. I was shooting them with a sniper from about 60yrds and it would require 2 headshots to kill them or 3 or 4 shots in the body, and dont even bother trying to shoot them with an ak they just eat those bullets up, not to mention every cpu on missions now was trained by seal team six and can hit my player with a pistol from 300 yrds out while im in a helicopter, and i know i am whining but its just a little ridiculous how good the cpus shoot now
