the stats are terrible, don't listen to people who say that it is good. it looks awful too. people only like it because it was in passed games. only good thing about it is that it is 4 door, however there are better 4 door sports cars than it.

It is all wheel drive so it handles well, it is a 4 door and it can be pretty quick for just a sports car.

It's faster and has better handling than the Felon, although the Felon has better brakes.

 

Also the Felon is alot wider than the Sultan which makes it alot harder to split traffic and fit through small alley ways.

 

The Sultan imo is the perfect getaway hiest car.

It is mostly for the notalgia. It was the one car everyone flocked to and, if someone saw you in it and were jealous, blew up in GTA4. But once modders were able to put files on flash drives to create super fast flying toilets with american flag toilet paper and rockets fly from their SMG there was no reason to even try anymore.

My guess is nostalgia since the Sultan RS was fully modified in GTA IV when you couldn't customize cars.

Because it's a mix of Altezza and Evo, looks gorgeous, handles nice and sounds pretty good too. I guess you are one of those super car guys who don't really understand a thing about cars.

 

The stats are not the most important thing when it comes to cars, for Christ's sake people.

Wow, now I get the hype. Was searching Paleto Bay for a Sabre, and I saw some weird-looking car I'd never seen anymore. Got in, and it was a Sultan. Thought nothing of it, as I was very content with my Felon. Let's just say that it was so fast and had such good handling that I immediately sold the "rare" Felon without a thought. Looking at the upgrades, and knowing that you can go past maximum bars...sh*t, this thing will accelerate FAST!
