My mom told me it was in the game i am rank 88 and can't find it in Trevors or merrywheather locations

Going to pretend you didn't say that and just leave you with this.

Other choppers might spawn here instead. If they do, simply get in, fly them away, and come back until that Cargobob appears.

always get a buzzard from that location but you can also try trevors airstrip and the small airstrip above that one.

After 22 I found the cargobob and prop plane at Trevors airstrip every single time. In fact when I flew away and came back they were there again. So it's a permanent respawn.

All you do is hold select go to quick gps then select the cargobob from there hope this helps.
