The BF Injection is the best Work car in the game!

I love this car. I own an Entity XF, a Coil Voltic, and a few other cars and a Bike.

 

Yet, I always grab my BF Injection when I leave the garage. I only bust out my super cars when I -need- to, which is rare.

 

 

1) The Super cars insurance is insane. My entity XF costs $9,900 to replace. Meanwhile, my Bf Injection, fully upgraded, costs $200 to replace.

 

$9,900 <--> $200

 

 

2) The BF Injection, fully upgraded, is faster than some Sports cars. It's FAST. The Turbo upgrade gives it almost max acceleration. Basically, unless the enemy player has a super car, you will be able to catch anyone with your fully upped BF injection. It's also faster than the Sandking.

 

3) The BF injection can off-road ANYTHING. With it's high off-road wheels, you can literally even drive over some of the concrete wall dividers on highways, the ones that separate traffic. I have literally scaled up Mt. Chiliad with my BF Injection, on tough slopes that most cars can't do, and then simply drove off the other side and tumbled and crashed my way down to the bottom. When I was done, my car was perfectly drivable and off I went, no change. Heck, even in the city, I sometimes drive OVER smaller cars when the angle is right, like a tank would. My wheels driving on top of another car as I simply go past them.

 

4) You can put it through terrible abuse and crashes, and the wheels don't really bend or deform. You can keep driving like if you weren't in any crash, even after you put your BF Injection through hell and back. This is a problem with the Sandking, as the body of the car can deform into the wheels and then you get that rumbling effect on your controller cause your car's wheels are now ruined and you go slower. The BF Injection doesn't have that problem.

 

5) Whenever I am off doing dirty work, like Bounties, etc... I grab my BF Injection. $200 insurance, as fast as sports cars, off-roading, and Jobs.

 

6) For extra fun, I simply place 1 Sticky bomb on my front hood, and then go after tough $9,000 bounties by catching up to them, pulling alongside them on the road and then detonating my bomb. My medical bill + cheap $200 car insurance is an easy sacrifice for a quick $9,000 bounty.

 

Literally, this is my Workhorse. I love this car.

i agree. i acquired one of these when i first started my online tutorial and needed a car to track. i was looking for something off road and fast to outrun the cops in.

 

this was second choice though. i was originally looking for the BF dune buggy. (i think it handles a bit better off road than this) but i couldn't find one. maybe it's not available online?

I have a friend who loves the Mesa, but when I drive it I feel it is not very good. Wide turns are the biggest killer with it and the acceleration leaves something to be desired and the thing is fully upgraded and my driving is 100 . I use the Sultan a lot and I think I am comparing it to that, not too sure but I may go get a mesa and use it since most people here like it. Maybe I just wasn't used to it, but I still cant deny the Sultan is a good group car for the city, maybe the mesa is a good group car for mountains and country areas. I will find out soon

The center of gravity on the mesa is so high up that it falls over quite quickly, also it spins around on sand like a ballerina. I sold mine cuz it was a huge dissapointment. Got myself a BF Injection now and it works wonders, try climbing a mountain with ur sh*tty mesa.....

I don't think anyone knows yet, in one of the offroad meet threads a guy in there posted a picture of a clean Rebel, earlier I also saw a thread about the VW van "Surfer" I think it's called in which a couple people found a clean version of that as well. A clean BF Injection has to be somewhere.

It's not dirt, it's rust, and even the ones you buy have them. There is no non-rusty version.

The injection is pretty cool but the fact that it's the end all vehicle for stuff hasn't taken into account the merryweather mesa's roof mounted brights, meaning no matter how many rocks, trees, or cars get rammed into your headlights you will never lose your high beams for night driving. The police SUV, while being slippery, can clear a road for you in a hurry when you need to get away. For mountain climbing and city escapes a motorcycle is not only really cheap, but it can crawl over things on demand up to and including the height of a chain link fence and it does equally well going right up sheer rock faces as well.

 

Aside from that I've accidentally blown up injections more often than I've killed the driver.... just with maybe a mag or so with the AP pistol and the car detonates.

 

Oh and I forgot my upgraded van! I've got a turbo'd box van saved simply because when parked it's instant high cover that you can peak out from behind without using the cover mechanic which fully exposes you when you shoot.

 

So no, the injection is a nice vehicle, but it's not the end all work vehicle. It does everything pretty well, but isn't spectacular in any one way.

I guess this is what happened to me. The Injection is the only car I've had blown up on me from bullets alone.

I used the BF Injection until around level 20! It was my second name and I wanted to focus on robbing stores and making a clean getaway which this was perfect for, since most stores have a hill, small mountain, drop off or somewhere this thing could climb/jump up and get away. It did great, although I must say firefights at lower levels can be a p.i.t.a in this car when someone targets your tires lol. It is a bastard when your tires get shot out. Kill my character but please spare the tires! It allowed me to stay away from other players until I acquired better weapons and armor but I will say it was a 100% blast once I picked up bulletproof tires.

Sandking makes you a bigger target, but it looks way cooler and a bright color on it (pink!) makes your presence known.

 

Thing is, people don't blast your BF too much because of bad sport so...yeah lol.

I had my own Injection before I swapped that thing for a Bodhi.

Just like in SP, that thing is surprisingly fast for something based an old Kaiser Jeep and Land Rover Defender.

Based on Rockstar's solid track-record of patches and fixes,

Title update 1.05 will *fix* the BF Injection so it :

 

- Has a top speed equal to a BMX bicycle

- Crumples like paper if you bump into anything

- Handles like its on wet grass, all the time

- Costs $28000 for insurance claim

- Blows out all 4 tires if you catch any air whatsoever

- Requires gasoline to drive only available through micro-transactions

I've been running with a BF Injection since reading this thread, and I confirm it's awesome. I like it for all the reasons mentioned: it's fairly fast, has great offroad capability, small back window, cheap insurance, and takes a lot of damage. Now I need to win some offroad races so I can upgrade this thing, but no one seems to join. Anybody wanna trade wins?

Does upgraded armor help this? Seems like the weak point on the car. Big side windows let the bullets in easy, too.

Am I the only one that turns my headlights off for stealth? I use the e-brake to slow down sometimes when I'm being chased. Got it painted matte black. Wish I could get tinted windows. The little bit of rust helps the camouflage also, imo.

f*ck, I've switched so much. I'm just gonna keep my Felon GT and switch my Injection for a Sandking XL. Why? Because it's fun.

So i just took mine to the top of Mt Chiliad.

 

And then managed to get it completely stuck between two trees on the way back down.
