Somebody explain the mission payouts?

Okay after this patchit seems like some people get half price for these jobs but i know it isn't hosts that get this because i histd base invaders and it only gave me half. So can somebody explain why we only get half now???

First time through a mission you get full payouts, every subsequent run through you get half of a full payout. Rockstar did this to encourage players to experience the entire set of missions and to keep the game economy in check.

According to the patch, the first time you play, you get paid in full.
Every time after, you only get half payment.

It's supposed to encourage people to play other missions (even though there's barely half of the 500 that were promised) and to get gamers prepared for the upcoming DLC's missions (even though that could be a month or more away).

Please don't pull the economy bullsh*t.
We have thousands of players with millions upon millions of glitched dollars, and prices don't fluctuate. There is no economy.
