I thought this because how the heists are set up in V, is very similar to the missions involving robbing the casino. I know that they could have ment someone else, but IMO I think it was a refernce to CJ,SA, and the robbery you do on the casino. I loved that mission, well missions.. Could be a crew from Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, etc etc. Probably means a crew from Vice City though, you know.. to get us speculating that it must mean something more than it is. I took that to mean your main characters such as Tommy, CJ, etc...but they never said they wouldn't appear in GTA Online. I would honestly believe that as they add more content....they could easily put in Liberty City and a method to get there such as flying, etc....you would meet up with the McReary clan or Niko and Roman.....they could even include Vice City...and you'd get jobs from Tommy (if he hasn't already been taken down since the events of GTA Vice City. My vision for GTA Online as a whole is to have updated locations of all of their past game locations....Liberty City, Vice City, San Fierro and Las Venturas, London, and new areas that you can go between, meet up with old GTA contacts to get missions and explore the whole connected GTA Universe. I only ask because Love Fist appear in both universes, as does Lazlow. A lot of the gangs from SA are present in 5 as well; Families, the ballas, aztecas and the vagos. Also saw that OG Loc has a star on the ground in 5. So really there are alot of characters and references to others characters that have carried over between the two.
