It's a crime that the Surfer has no real customization options. Wouldn't mind if we got a canoe roof option like that in your signature, either! Geisterfaust Posted March 28, 2018 Share Posted March 28, 2018 I think this beauty is deserving a redesign now that it seems like R* is trying again with old cars(GT500 is what the Stinger GT should have been). This needs a proper interior, slide back-door with the cargo bay able to fit 4 passengers, single 2-people front seat, 2 2-people singles seats in the back, optional bagged suspension, a option to remove the front license plates and better looking headlights. Call it BF Surfer Custom or whatever. I would gladly drop $500,000 on it if it had all of that. I'll pay the price of current supers for that easily. And 4 people capacity too, it's a van after all. The only ‘Volkswagen’ they’ve added since launch was the Bifta, and that’s technically a VW-based kit car. We need a Custom Surfer, we need a classic Beetle, we need a new Golf R. We need a clean Injection. We need a Corrado/Scirocco mix. A Schwimmwagen would fit their oddball entries as well. VWs have an entire tuning style born of and based on stuff that came out of SoCal in the 60s and 70s, it’s called the Cal Style.
