Invincibility Glitch (Easy)

Hey people, I decided to share this because I have noticed a few people doing it now and a patch probably isn't far away, so have fun while you can.

 

It basically works by replicating the invincibility you have inside your home and taking it outside. Obviously when most players leave their home, they lose that invincibility, this method allows you to block the server from taking it away. Essentially the server still believes you are in your house.

 

You DO require an apartment.

 

1) Go to your app

2) Stand near the door (exit)

3) Open PS Store

4) Wait for it to load

5) Once loaded back out to the actual game

6) QUICKLY hold down select and walk out the door.

(You have got to be quick, once you are back in the game literally hold select right there and then)

7) ONLY let go of select once you are outside the building

8) Have fun, because no motherf*cker can touch you.

 

Do with it as you wish, I couldn't give a f*ck.

 

Oh obviously substitute select for the Xbox equivalent... I don't know what that is

Saw a couple of guys doing this yesterday on PS3.

 

Funny thing is, they sucked at aiming in the first place. Took them forever to kill my non-invincible guy. Tards.

I've actually glitched my character into a "being inside an apartment" state by dieing as soon as a guy buzzed me in. (This was completely on accident) It does not make you invincible, just makes it so that you can't run, nor can you bring out your weapon, making you extremely vulnerable to attack... Being inside your apartment does not make you invincible.

After I come back in game (sky camera) I press select there and when I get back in the apt I have the quick menu screen.

 

Went outside and it didn't work FOR ME.

As for the OP and this thread, how can anyone take anything he says seriously? This is the same guy who opened thread for female gamers, so they too could have a nice, comfortable place to chat without the sexist comments, while including one in almost post he made to that very thread, and the P2P thread, along with the thread where he claimed internet bullying was a crime, then proceeded to "bully" another poster who he really seems to dislike. Yet, here are some of you, wasting your gaming time, attempting to replicate a possible bug, posted by this guy? Before wasting time on this, try doing a google search to see if it was found anywhere else, like youtube, since we know, no one apparently submits bug reports and moves on anymore.

You never mentioned anything about pressing A while walking forward, only that we merely had to use select. Pressing select and A only invites people to my apt. It doesn't bring me outside, no, only pressing A does that.

Nah, you're good. It may technically be the "back" button, but everyone still calls it "select". They shouldn't have given their controller the same layout at an SNES controller if they didn't want people calling it the select button.
