No accessories section?

Do you think it's because I have a dunce cap? I did everything to try and get a tie, put on the sports jacket business shirt and when I go to the section in all the stores where accessories are, no option pops up. Help?

Either you still have the wrong clothing to make it appear or it's a bug.

EDIT:
Give me a second, I'll boot up the game and take a look.
It might only be some suits/shirts that can get a tie.

But you're sure you have a suit? Sport jacket, to me, doesn't sound like a business suit.

Okay, personally, I have a:

1.) Slate Jacket (under suit jackets)
2.) Silver Shirt (under business shirts)

This allows me to put on a tie.


EDIT:
I believe you have to put on a suit jacket for business shirts to appear, and then have to put on a business shirt for ties to appear - in that order.

Yup. After that the jacket is optional. I use tucked in white shirt w/ rolled up sleeves and a blk skinny tie. Lookin like Dean and Sammy.

My vests get bow ties, and my shirts get normal ties, only in black though. (For the ties)

I tried to put a tie on with my T-Shirt once. The game froze and I had to exit via dashboard (ps3). Luckily no hard reset, but it scared the sh*t outta me. My progress was saved but I will never try it again.
