Also, in order for this cipher to even be plausible, they would have to know that J6 JEFF would convert into something meaningful. I don't see how this webpage can work. Well, it will work, I'll be watching this thread and his twitter all day tomorrow. This is some crazy sh*t, and I post crazy stuff all the time, but this is freakin weird. Either he's playing along and making the most of a random coincidence, or he's in the know. Now it seems Jeff has seen this thread and tweeted about the sign (and a ped that looks a bit like him) and then alerted us to this anonymously as that Batman dude. I tweeted Jeff last night... "Hey Jeff, been to Paleto Bay recently?" Shortly after this tweet, 'Batman' was creeping my profile on here. I don't think the sign is a homage to Jeff by R*. I think Jeff saw the sign on this forum (which he is probably a member of under another name) and then pretended that it's about him. And I think Jeff is also 'Batman' so he could throw us a phoney clue. A 'set up' as you said. The sign is much easier to read on Current Gen. Probably, here are my pictures. I'm still not sure that there is a % sign there, but it seems to make sense. I do think the G is an O though. and JD may be J0. It seems to look slightly different depending on the shadows falling on the sign. Nah, it's G and % is %. Brigid Church". Look closely and you'll see there's no T in it. Whether that helps the big picture here, who knows, but figured I'd mention it. Also, the sign above the coded sign is extrembly similar to the one at the motel. The sign at the motel also has a sign below it with the changeable letters. Maybe it can be used to help crack it?
