    • yes; deep down they probably have some type of unresolved sex issues

    • yes but more because they try to use gender as an advatage for free items and protection

She's not a big gamer. I found it same as every other game. I honestly didn't even know it was multiplayer...How does it work? Is everyone Lara? Sorry, I am a PC gamer. I bought the PS3 for her.

No it's Survivors vs Samedi.

So if you're a Survivor you can use Alex, Roth, Sam, etc. Ironically you unlock Lara at level 60 which is the max level before you can prestige. Samedi consists of a bunch of dirty-looking bandits lol.

You could play free-for-all, team deathmatch, or objective-based game modes. The spawns in team-deathmatch were horrible though and the objective-based game modes were a mess, so I really only played free-for-all, but it was SUPER fun. I prestiged and everything. The parkour and climbing and such kept it really fast paced. You could create a class with perks and such.

I tried roleplaying as a girl in GTAO and Skyrim but it never works out, playing as a girl is boring.

I will have to try that, thanks for the tips.

What? No one ever mistook you for a hooker and brought you to a dark ally? lmao Happened to me twice and my wife once. I find it fun wearing skimpy outfits too. Doing that with a guy char is....well just creepy haha

I'm a male whos character is a female. If OP finds this weird, then OP really needs serious help.

There's a difference between Roleplaying a female then just playing as one for the character model. This is regarding the original post. The majority of people in this thread don't know how to read.

Well, yes, I was considering the word choice, "roleplaying," but I can't see that there is such a thing as roleplaying in GTA0, so I chose to interpret the word as just meaning, "chosing a female avatar."

The only roleplaying that I see in GTA0 is guys who roleplay as assholes. They are very good at it. :bored:

Especially considering that they are actually little sissies in real life. :colgate:

Playing as a girl especially in GTA: O is scary.

Because

1) People could be overly helpful... creepy perverts.

*flashback regarding 1)*

I know that. If they want to be treated equally, then yeah alright, I'll be more hostile towards them than I'd usually be. But I'll otherwise act like e.g. a free Entity Taxi* for them, getting them from point A to point B. And it wouldn't matter if they just made me randomly drive wherever they want, since I get to drive for a reason... a bad, silly, worthless reason, but reason anyhow.

Indeed, perhaps I phrased myself wrong in the first post of mine.

Let me rephrase it:

I'd help anyone if they want, but because most females I've encountered in GTA: Online are more friendly than guys (I'm yet to see a girl who says ni**er every two seconds in the game... yet), I find it easier to be more protective or helpful to them. If they want me to go away, I am fine with that, I'll go mind my own business.

If they seemed to be in distress however (damsel in distress: the modern version), e.g. getting killed by someone continuously, seen by the Action Feed (is it named such? The part where you see "<person 1> got a High Priority Vehicle", "<person 1> killed <person 2>"), I'd go there to prevent that and offer them a lift to their Apartment/Garage if they had one and then I'd go mind my own business again.

Yep, creepy perverts indeed.

2) Someone could target you just for playing as a girl... whether it is a 7-year old boy afraid of cooties or a 50-year old pedophile, doesn't matter. Still frightening.

You know. I can't agree with this, to be honest the female characters in this game are pretty badly designed. I also play as a male in this game. But have you ever played Resident Evil 5 or 6? In Resident Evil 5 I just liked to look at Jill's ass wiggling when playing as her.

The worst part is. I have a girlfriend. I can't have her know about this.

I have a male character and he is level 105.. I am bored! That's why to make a difference instead of making another dude i created a female character just because i wanted to see the difference (None) and start all over again until they take the billions out of my account

Well, when you play a MMO you will be seeing your character 99% of the time. So I`d rather see a female character than a male.

I created a female character purely for the purposes of a social experiment online...and straight of the bat I had guys trying to friend me and pick me up straight away lol I blew them away and they kept coming back lol this is a lvl four female btw and she is wearing next to nothing lol interesting how the players react to a virtual bikini wearing blonde compared to a skin head leather jacket wearing male lol

  2. no because I don't play characters as an extension of myself

I agree to those 2 statements

I started with a male character and got tired of it on high rank. I wanted to start again with a new one. And for a new one, why not a girl, since I never feel like I'm in the shoes of a character.

For me a video game is kind of an interactive movie. The character is not me, in any game. How could it be anyway ? It's always another context than my life. Other countries, other time, and so on...

I like watching a sexy girl on my screen, rather than a guy. I don't see anything wrong about it.

My girlfriend plays GTA Online with me, every now and then she'll get a message. The last one was "Hi, how are you? :3" from some random in the session. Weird, freaky stuff.

Yesterday there was some guy that kept following her until she got annoyed and went in her apartment, she then waited for him to leave but he just sent her messages telling her to come out while he was camping outside her garage lol. I then went over there, fragged him a couple of times so she could get away.

OP is jealous of my pinkness! and that I am 100% pure man! with a lady avatar and hot pink cars and a better selection of clothes than his fag man avatar!.

0_0.jpg

OP is a complete retard. My crew is called Queens of the Damned, 95% of the crew are male IRL with many having female avatars! a lot of them male avatars. Doesn't seem to bother any of them what a limited minded douche like you thinks. its nice to be secure about your sexuality.. gay, straight, Bi, trans or otherwise. Sucks to be OP that he even needed to show how insecure he is!...

Are you saying "Hi, how are you? :3" is weird and freaky? Because of all the possible options they could have sent, that is the most polite. It has a cute face and all. Much better than the messages I've gotten.

Yes. Because it is not a message to just say hi. It is baffling to me the only difference between a "cute face" and a shotgun blast to the face is an avatar with two lumps on the front. If he sent that message to anyone here on the board, he'd be greeted with "U GAY?" followed up by being spawnkilled on the spot.

This is a random she doesn't recall meeting, with a name she doesn't recognize. That is sending messages as if they had a super fun time together. That is creepy.

I really don't care tbh, it's just pixels and it's just a game.

I play as a male on this game but on some MMOs for certain classes I've made female characters just because of major differences in armor, and another MMO a huge difference in skills as opposed to the male version of the class.

Plus keep in mind some games have gender specific classes so you're kinda forced into playing as a female character.

People can play the game how they like. Everytime I see a female avatar I don't think "Lol, she's probably a man irl. What a creep.", I just carry on doing whatever I was doing and carry on with life.

If how people look in a video game is directly effecting your life it might be worth stepping outside for abit.
