why do nice cars only come out when im on a mission

so i was on a stupid mission and boom a nice car and boom two more pulled up right behind it lol. i was like are you kidding me?! so i stole one of the cars quit the mission and lost the car i stole. i drove around after the game loaded and didn't see a nice car at all. so annoying.

i tried looking for my apartment with a 10 car garage but didn't exactly remember where it was and i couldn't find it so thats when i quit the mission

well it seems like the spawn routine in missions is different from free roam somehow.

i saw almost all rare Cars while dooing Missions

Cause cash cards. They don't want you to easily make a measly 9k every hour.

Can't use garages during missions.

u can....if i start a mission from my appartment i just go into my garage and get a car

u cannot use the garage if u carry a mission target
