I am assuming you don't want to do any sort of glitches or exploits (CR Race, while I don't believe it's an exploit, will eventually be altered in some way to limit farming of it) so your options for strictly RP are probably racing (legitimately) and survival.

 

If you are a good racer and can consistently finish in the top 3 for races, that's probably the quickest. If you aren't the strongest driver then do survival. Survivals take longer, and you need to reach higher waves consistently to get decent RP, but they are a good alternative to racing even if you just get bored with racing. Cash payout at the end is nice too.

Survival is one of the best game modes. You can rack up as much as 5000 RP in one game if you make it through Wave 10. You also get a 20K payout.

The missions earn you much more RP and $ as your rank up.

Racing can also be good if you place(1st, 2nd or 3rd).
