I found the way to hang on the side is hold the button you use to get behind cover and press triangle at same time So for me I'd hold R1+Triangle.

i just click triangle haha, if you're closer to the bar than the handle than you'll grab it...or if someone is already in that seat youll grab it

 

edit: have fun in your new green SUV I like mine blue and red haha, too bad there's not more mods

Sheriff Grangers can't be tuned as much as civilian/enemy Grangers.

You can definitely use the guns? That's awesome.

I find it really stupid that you can't use anything but pistol and SMG when riding in the bed of the Bison.

The SUVs aren't worth it, they lack to much and those hanging off the side are too vulnerable, use 2 -3 sports cars as getaway vehicles. At least that way you can split up if needed

I got mine simply because I wanted a police vehicle. Also I'm hosting a cops vs crooks game this weekend so we need a team with police vehicles. Those who don't get the suvs by saturday will just grab normal cop cars (problem is police will chase after you if you dont own them)
