Can we sell our apartments?

You can basically "trade in" your apartment when you go to purchase another one, They basically take a specific amount off your new apartment based on "selling or trading-in" your old apartment.

 

But I am not sure if you can outright "sell" your apartment.

Sell directly, no.

But if you purchase another property, it'll sell your current one (for half the price of what you paid for it) and put that money towards your new property.

What happens when you buy something of lesser value... I have no idea.

What I found was if I wanted to go from one property to a more expensive one I still had to have the full amount of money ready. If you're selling an apt you bought for 140K then you can't expect that 70K you get back to go straight toward the new place.

 

I am wondering if there is the option to outright sell a property if you don't have any cars stored in it.
