How to Pull Off Stealing a Jet

Okay, so I followed a guide on YouTube where the guy drove through the front gate a Fort Zancudo without getting a wanted level, and he followed the outer fence, up until the point where he was right across from the jet in the middle of the base. Then, he drove over to the jet where he received a wanted level, he pulled the jet out onto the runway, took off and lost his wanted level. So what's the big deal then? Follow the guide. As soon as I go to pull the jet out onto the runway, that's the end. I never seem to get further than the control tower without getting shot by a tank or the SAM sites. I know you have to fly low, which is no problem if I could get that far. Anybody have a better method?

I've literally just finished helping a few low level random people getting their hands on a Jet, people make it sound so hard when infact it's really quit easy once you know how.

 

Grab yourself a Chopper if you feel confident on doing this yourself, once you've reached the Military Base look for two Hangers which are next to each other (facing the run way) the Hanger to the left will be open and 9 times out of 10 a Jet spawns in there everytime. Fly your Chopper into the hanger but keep on eye on your speed.

 

Do this right and you'll go undetected for a few seconds before the base goes Haywire. Use this time to set the Helicopter down making sure not to block the entrance and go for the Jet, once inside hold RT for full throttle and pull up straight away. Press the Left Analog stick in to retract the landing gear and keep low before getting out into the open air.

 

Once you're out of sight, give Lester a quick call and remove the wanted level. If he actually works then you're free to do whatever but if for some reason he acts like a prick and says "no" then just ride it out and you'll lose the wanted level eventually.

Thanks a lot man! I'll be sure to give this a try tomorrow! I'm going for 100% completion, and I'm at 98.8, only needing to do the knife flights. I wish they weren't such a pain in the a$$ lol.

When ever I get one, I go in via the curved road (not over the bridge) and turn right, weave my way to the middle of the base (to evade any tank fire) with the jet in the open, and for some reason there are not that many soldiers shooting until you are moving, drive straight very briefly then pull straight up towards the mountains, at this point I do a series of parabolic arcs - up then violently down, then back up etc to avoid the missiles. Losing the stars is just a matter of flying low above the water. First time I did it this way I fully armor plated a land stalker and gave it bullet proof tyres, but I have since done it in a stock taxi.

 

For some reason, every time I go in from the bridge, by the time I get on the jet, opening the hatch, I have been shot to ribbons and killed, even with the $2.5k BPV

Is this online? In that case I don't think it is impossible to drive through the gate, you have to drive on a cliff right by and jump inside(with your car).

If this is online, I suggest you take a friend(or a random) with you, go to the military base by the cliff you can jump from, then one of you shoot the other one, and you start a one on one deathmatch. Then both of you can jump inside the base and do whatever you want for about 4-5 minutes, including steal the jets without getting any wanted level.

Parachute people! I did it and it was so easy. Parachute FAST and directly into the hangar on the base... you probably wont get a wanted level until you're almost on the ground. Then take off. If they manage to get missiles off at you, just out-fly them, it isn't that hard. Fly real low and then go straight up. I managed this 2 out of 3 tries, the one time I didn't I got shot down by a missile.

1. be franklin

2. get fast car

3. drive into base using special ability

4. HOPE TO GOD THAT THE TANKS DON'T GET YOU!!!

If they manage to get missiles off at you, just out-fly them, it isn't that hard. Fly real low and then go straight up.
