Some people throw a cached link from a deleted post around a lot. Honestly, Rockstar is busy spending a billion in hard cash on coke and tails in bikini on various beaches in the Bahama's right now, and couldn't give 2 flying f*cks what people do in their online game. When that money is gone however...........

i'm not getting into a debate of the pros and cons of glitching and cheating...there will always be those looking for an advantage and there will always be those that will play as intended. i'm simply pointing out that a cheater pool is absolutely action that rockstar has done. anyone that thinks that rockstar won't do the same here is simply kidding themselves.

Boosted XP scores would fall under hacking. R* ALREADY said that farming is PERFECTLY fine with them.

Max Payne wasn't released weeks before a new generation of consoles is to be released. You think they will piss off gamers to the point they wont upgrade to GTA for ps4 / xbox one?

Nothing is going to happen but a patch and a soft slap on the wrist.

honestly, there's no reason not to...even with what you laid out. because...while you say they should be worried about pissing off the "cheater gamers"....NOT doing anything chances pissing off the high majority of "non-cheater gamers."

 

the cheater pool sounds bad, i guess, but it seems it'll simply be a segregation of members. if what i read is correct...the only REAL loss for cheating on max payne was the removal from the leaderboards.
