Help with a friend not being able to get online...still

Hey need help guys, Let me explain my setup. Me and a friend have 2 xbox's and 2 tv's. We play Cod, BF3 ect. No problems. Still since launch he can not get online. Can not join or start his own. Tryed deleting saved data and re-did the update and character. Still nothing?

On another point also read not to make a new character when the cloud was messing up. He did do that a couple times. Just looking see if anyone has this on going problem

Wow, waaaaay too much information and detail in this post. Look, I know you want to fully explain the situation so people can help you troubleshoot but keep it a little more high level okay?

Sorry I haven't seen anyone else not able to get online anymore. I even created a new character last night in my 2nd character spot. No one was around for the first LTS mission but luckily that's isn't needed to complete the tutorial.

 

What country are you in?

How far does it get to loading?

Long shot, but has he tried creating a player and start the online stuff from a xbox where it has been online successfully?

Have you tried getting online from his two xboxs with your XBL profile logged in?

Hey man thanks for the only normal post for help. I found a corrupt file on his xmb, so I reformatted his drive and all is well now. Thanks tho man
