Yes it has a tracker. Once it goes into my garage it automatically puts one on there. Anyways if that means I can't give you mine just go look at the golf course in the parking lot, it was there the first time I ever went in the very back lurking in the corner lol. Never seen one since.

Oh yes but it is a modded Felon GT. I think I have seen the regular Felon around Michael's house. Also the Ballas drive them if you cant find anyone to sell.

Oh and the felon is everywhere online around vinewood hills I see that thing all the time. Look near franklin and michaels house.
