Need tips on Finding Sultan

I have been looking around for it for about an hour and a half now and have yet to find one... Does anyone know where to find it, or list some spawn points or just give me tips on finding one. Thanks

What i always do to get one is just go to the prison with any super car and just drive around the prison until i see one sultan on the parking, works all the time

Drive around in the other Karin vehicle. I forget the model name but it looks like the sultan just a little bigger and with a sun roof. I found it twice in the same spot using the same method. Drive around south of the most eastern store in los santos. Near the off ramp from the free way. It can take a bit of time but you can also get lucky and find it right away.

Start and race the criminal records race then return to freeroam. Thats what I did until the sultan spawned in the prison parking lot.

I would recommend you driving around Sandy shores, that's where i found my car, and once in a while check the Prison parking. Go check the prison first, then go drive around sandy shore for 2-3 minutes and rinse and repeat.

I have seen many sultant's in sandy shore, compared to any other place.

just walk into the race ring at the prison, host race then exit - that will force the cars at the prison to respawn....I've only ever needed to do this three times.

 

edit try doing a solo session in case other players are hanging around the prison screwing up your spawns.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but:

 

I have had a lot of luck finding them after the Titan mission. 4/5 times there is one sitting next to the hangar when you exit the job.

I searched for days and the ONLY place I foudn it was the docks by Simeon's garage in the southeast part of Los Santos. After driving around for a n hour I gave up, then one came driving right by me while standing still.

I found it within minutes in the hills between Los Santos and Blaine County.
