Prison lot, reload new secession if needed. Perhaps get a friend with sultan to drive around the desert to increase the odds.

If someone still hasn't said it, Sandy Shores, people told me to look there and first car I saw there was a sultan, they spawn all over the place.

@blazin sorry I'm not on the f*cking computer all day and don't know that the f*cking threads are in the 2nd or 3rd page you dumbf*ck. you obviously would know cause you're probably on this forum from day to night.
I only look at the first page and trending threads cause its pretty much my news feed, I have no reason to go to the 2nd or 3rd page you dumb sh*t.
