I want to invest in the fastest car. I assume its the adder that is, but what I don't like about the adder that you cannot customise it that much..

 

I heard Sultan is, is it really?

Adder is the fastest, the Grotti Carbonizzare is the second fastest. Then the Entity and the Obey 9f's tie for third.

If you check the in-game car sales site it lists the top speed for most (super) cars.
