I think people want it since it's got great acceleration/cornering. Not to mention the Sultan RS was hyped up in GTA IV also, and if you add the roll cage to the Sultan, it becomes the "RS" version, but four-door. A common thought is that it'd be great for heist getaways.

because it resembles a Subaru/Evo, thats the reason i have it. plus its pretty quick good acceleration and like someone already said it upgrades to the RS after adding the roll cage

Think of the fact you can highly tune it for heists and have 4 doors.

Its a good looking suburu and there for i have it in my collection. Correction 2.

Ill be using it for the upcoming heists

It's a good car to have in preparation for Heists, since it can room 4 people and has great handling for it's purpose.

 

It will be a good Heist-Getaway car for sure.

and it was a 'rare' vehicle in GTA IV, also the only turbocharged car in that game i believe

I take it you didn't play IV online! The Sultan RS... It was the overall best car and was an amazingly popular car because there was only one location where it could be obtained and it had like a 99% chance of spawning there!

 

This is it in IV

For a game that didn't allow car modifications it looked amazing and the acceleration was mind boggling!

This is actually my personal Sultan and as you can see the V version is 4 door and lacks the valve built into the sideskirt, this is a result of it just being just a heavily modified standard Sultan as the Sultan RS can't be found in any other way other than modding the standard Sultan!

 

This is why everybody wants one, its because its a car with history behind it, once you add the turbo its also a really great car in regards to both speed and acceleration.

IMO, fastest off road car in the game. You can drift on dirt ok, but it sticks to roads a little too much to call it a "drift" car. Fair warning though........probably has the worst brakes in the game as well.

If this counts, the Police Stinger was Supercharged (it says V10 Supercharged on the front grill)
