Getting rid of cars you bought..

Ok i know ive seen a few topics on this but cant seem to find any now.

 

ive seen people say that if you buy a car because its insured if you destroy or sell it it will still take up a slot in your garage and be listed in your insurance.is this true?

 

im afraid to insure a few cars because i know ill prob want rid of them in future

Only if the vehicle is a "Premium Vehicle"

If they are not Premium cars, then you can sell them at LSC...may not get much though, just depends on the type of car.

Sell your premium at LS, just do the glitch but really sell it after the first time you jump back into the garage.

i stole an akuma and put it in my garage but forgot to insure it. it was blown up and there is no way for to get it back. now there is an empty space in my garage. when i bought a new vehicle it skipped the space the akuma was in and filled the next space. i have yet to fill my garage though

but can't you sell your premium cars at LSC too?so whats the difference?

it asks u what vehicle you want to replace, even if its destroyed and under insurance

And you can just replace that then and it'l be gone?or will it end up replacing another vehicle?because ive seen some people say this happened to them

this works for premium cars. did it to get rid of elergy.

 

this is assuming you have a full garage as well

 

take car you want to get rid of and drive it into ocean. get car you want to replace it with and drive into garage, replace totalled car with new one when it prompts you to replace a car.

 

i replaced 2 cars last night with no problem, granted both were in the same parking spot and were cars i was taking to LS the next time i had the chance. replaced an $8k car with a $9.5k car
