today after customizing my ratloader i got killed while leaving customs, who agrees that rockstar needs to ban ls customs camper who kill players ether entering or leaving customs??

All they need to do is fix the map while in LS customs so you can call police or mercs if someone is camping outside.

 

Also a 2-3seconds full invicibility after leaving ls customs wouldnt hurt either.

I don't have many problems with them, I one had a guy trying to kill me on my way out, I left him and escaped from the area. Until he blew up another guys car so I turned around, pulled up, got out and killed him.

 

Sometimes they get on my nerves, but I normally kill them before I enter.

 

I admit, I camp there too, but only for people who need assassination (bountys).

i agree. Instead of buying a house or a car, Y can't we buy something that's the same? RV - that's Residential Vehicle, folks. A house that is also your personal vehicle.

 

Also, all vehicles should have gas tanks that need to be refueled.

I'm generally a peaceful player but I think this is a stupid idea. It's a free-roam game and every action has consequences. If they kill you, call Merryweather on them or put a bounty on them. Or both.

If I see white blips at LSC when I'm not doing jobs, I go over and make it my personal mission (no amount of time or money is too much) to grief them in any way and as much as possible (if they appear to be campers).

You had me until you started talking about banning people. I never understood the logic of people thinking it will help the game's community to needlessly reduce the population (especially for doing something that's obviously intended behavior, all they're doing is shooting another player in a PvP environment).

 

Should the game's design be adjusted to account for this, though? Yeah, probably.

 

A few seconds of invincibility was mentioned, and I imagine that's a good way to go about it. You'd be in a vehicle, so you'd be able to cover some good distance before you were vulnerable (just make sure that sticky bombs will pass through the car if someone tosses one). Someone also suggested allowing players to use their cell phone inside the garage, which wouldn't hurt.

 

The simplest solution would be to simply make it so choosing "Find new session" while inside an LSC will put you back inside the LSC with the same vehicle. Same solution people use for apartment campers. It works.

Anytime I want to shop or hunt for cars or do modding and stuff, I always enter a solo instance to prevent this.

if you have a decent group of friends have them stick with you and wait outside for you. at least they stall the other player so you can get away

Rockstar made closed sessions for a reason, I would suggest using them if you don't want to pvp.

I don't think they should ban them. Honestly I think they need to add more LS customs locations, and maybe make a safe zone a block around it. Because yeah it is camped all day by people.

Uh, it takes five seconds to respray a vehicle. In that situation, you'd have died anyways. Next time don't enter LSC when there's someone in a missile-equipped helicopter five seconds away.

Call Mercs have him killed. And when he respawns put a $10,000 bounty on him have him killed again. And by then get a tank and repeatedly kill him until he leaves.

You can get the map in LSC just pause, go to map and press da back button, dont think it shows the players outside the LSC though

Just some friendly advice, I always go to the mod shop out in blaine county/sandy shores area. Rarely ever get someone out there, let alone the campers.

i'm not sure if this idea was mentioned in another thread but instead of banning a camping ls customs player killer, just make them pay for hospital bills and car repair.
