10K bounty bug?

Whenever I set a 10K bounty, it only sets it as 9K?

Once you get to level 35 you should stop giving bounties above $8,500 (including Lester's cut). Use Mercenaries. If they fail, you don't lose any money.

people can escape mercenaries as well

dno how exactly because usually I do get a refund but the other day I got a message saying the target escaped the mercs, no refund

I just put 2k, most of the times people have no idea, they just see a red dot to kill.
