Possible to find a Voodoo with a non rusty appearance?

Been at this for days. I can always get them to spawn but it seems only the rusted looking ones spawn:( Has anyone been able to get a non rusted one?

I would also like to know if this car exists, want to add it to my collection, have the non rusted bf surfer and rebel.

I have heard rumors that if you got to Franklins Aunts house , you can find it in that area, though its rare. And , it could very well be another car people are seeing.

I havent seen any but I'll keep an eye out, I also got the non rusted bf surfer and karin rebel today
