Is my car gone?

I had just bought a new 240,000$ vacca and did some custom work on it it came with full coverage for insurance I had it for about a day and some guy decided to blow it up so I got it back and it got destroyed again by a different guy so my insurance had worked once before on this car but I call in to get it back and it say "all operators are on call right now please try again later" so I went and did my own thing for like 2 hours then tried again and it's still saying the same thing does anyone else have this problem or know what happening?

Slightly different scenario but I bought a car online and chose to replace a crappy 4 door vehicle in my garage.

 

However when I visited my garage it had replaced my Elegy which has around 120k worth of mods on it.

 

 

I tried to call insurance got the same thing. So yeah it's gone i'm afraid.

 

Just spend the cash again, just take more care about who you play with

Yeah it's gone just a few seconds ago another one of my cars got destroyed I called and got it back I'm really disappointed in rockstar thus far

I bought the entity finaly after not buying any upgrades for weapons etc. Said it was on its way then i logged out to single player and turn off to go out came back and its not in my garage and the moneys been taken. What a joke that is. Dont no if i can say i wont be glitching my f*cking money back tonight now iv done really well saving and not glitching im fuming about it

There should be a sticky thread telling people not to replace cars in their garage, but to have an empty space any time you want to add a new car to the garage because the garages are f*cked, and replacing a car in a full garage causes all kind of problems.
