killuminaughtydog
Which mission did u guys find more enjoyable? I'd go with north Yankton, It was def more exciting
Jimmy Darmody
North Yankton, no doubt. Way more relevant, cooler shootout, generally well done, can actually get a touch of the area without having to put on a jetpack cheat to explore liberty lol Edited October 17, 2013 by Jimmy Darmody
mastershake616
North Yankton was a better scene in general; I'd even go as far as to say that it's the best scene in the entire series. As for the action/gameplay, uh, can I call it a push? Yankton is a heavier moment that takes a humorous turn, but both sequences ultimately end in a wave of human corpses. King Kapone
The Yankton graveyard mission felt very Max Payne 3 to me. Which isn't a bad thing exactly. But again, back when I was a kid playing San An, the idea of "flying to Liberty City" was way more exciting than chasing Trevor to North Yankton. saintsrow
Tycek
North Yankton all the way, because it was actually connected to the story line, made sense and was much more interesting as a mission. Saints Mark Bistro was unnecessary corridor shooter that didn't make any sense (who were we supposed to kill there anyway?)
woggleman
North Yankton. What a way to start off the game.
L1337
North Yankton, one of the better scenes in all the series. The second visit there I mean. So amazing
killuminaughtydog
I did enjoy flying the jet to liberty city tho, it felt more like a long ass trip. I hope the next gta has a mission like these. They're f*ckin cool haha
jamieleng
Of course N. Yankton, because it's a brand new location in the GTA universe. GTA has now officially been partly set in Canada. Just a shame we can't glitch out of the specified route (or mission area), like we could in the Saint Mark's Bistro mission. All that level design & map work and we barely got a glimpse of this new location. Apparently there's a second mission there, but I haven't reached that part yet. Coincidence that they both took place when it was snowing?
Mr. Rocko
North Yankton.
Uhwoahnohuh
Saint mark's bistro was very exciting because i first learned i could take a trip out of san andreas, But north yankton was a much better storyline, Because of the bad blood trevor and michael had, The place itself added so much tension and drama, I love it! King Kapone
Of course N. Yankton, because it's a brand new location in the GTA universe. GTA has now officially been partly set in Canada. But it's not Canada.. North Yankton is based on North Dakota. The police vehicles are based off of the North Dakota Highway Patrol. The license plates are based off of South Dakota license plates. The police patches on their uniforms are based off of the Medora Police Department, in North Dakota. Lastly, the town of Ludendorff is based off of Bismark, the capital of North Dakota. "Ludendorff" was the name of a German World War I general, while "Bismark" was the name of a 19th century German chancellor. Sorry. Salvatore Leone sends you there to assassinate Marco Forelli (Sonny's brother), which in turn gives the Leone family control of the St. Marks district back in Portland, matching up perfectly with the story of GTA3. Too bad I was suppose to guess that or make my own theory, because the name Marco Forelli is never mentioned during cutscene nor the mission. There was supposedly deleted dialogue stating that, but since we got game without it, the mission doesn't have a sense (as many missions in SA, unfortunately).
