I just found it driving around, took about an hour try the streets in southeast city area.

Be patient. When you see the Futo spawning on the street at night take a ride up to the prison in a car (don't fly). If it's not in the parking lot do some laps around the prison on the Criminal Records track and it should eventually spawn in the parking lot.

Sh*t i'm in a Solo Session, is there any way to still have it in public game?

I have the Sultan, if anyone wants me to help spawn one for them while taking a drive in mine then add me on Shady0808 and put a message Sultan. Could even use the duplicate glitch and give you one but not sure if it will work... a donation would be great too

Drive around in the other Karin to increase your odds of finding it. It looks like the sultan but has a sun roof

Been looking all day, was doing stunt jumps at the airport and one drove past me! Now have one finally!
