It can be found, but can't remember if you can store it in your garage. I think I had to buy mine and the Hexer, my daemon and bagger I did not have to buy.

 

When riding one of my bikes around Vinewood in solo/invite only sessions I see them spawn quite a bit.

 

If you want a free Daemon go up to the trailer park of the Lost MC by Terevor's house.

but the ruffian can definitely be stolen and used as a private vehicle.

Don't know if it's available on the streets, but as far as I know anything you can buy (being sold on the in-game internet) you cannot own from stealing.

Which bike do you most use and why?

I use the double T on missions because I can get away from the cops pretty easy and it is fun flying thru town on that thing. The Daemon is my second fav, can still get away from cops and I love the Ape hangers on it. The Hexer and Bagger are just for cruising around.

Found the double t outside Gerald's at one point.

You cant keep it anyway as it is regarded as too high class when stolen. You will have to buy one to keep it.

The Akuma. A friend and I tested all the bikes side by side and it's the fastest and we really liked the way it handles. The Double T is sexy as hell but it's slower and I hate how it turns.

As stock bikes go, the Akuma is the best.

 

But tuned up... The Bati is the best.
