Get a friend to go into passive mode and shoot his head with a carbine riffle...

You can go to the docks and kill merryweather or survival. All though merry weather you can get sneak up at the same time.

Just found out it has to be someone who's not on your friends list, just ask someone random to go into passive

This. Only took about 1 hour to get from the first bar to full.

 

Did you play by yourself or something? Or killed many more then the others? I've only played survival a couple times but didn't notice that much of a difference on the shooting bar.

I wouldn't mind a smal boost, but i hear you and agree. Same with money. I wouldn't want to have millions this early. Its more fun to graduatlly earn it the hard way.

Probably takes a little longer but yes, survival can level IP quick plus you get $$$
