Sally Maclennane Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 I've got a problem with Los Santos Customs. I purchased it, then purchased a car and got it fully modded. I then saved the game, took the dog for a walk, had breakfast etc., and went back to it. When it loaded Franklin's standing in the middle of the street - no car. I check my garage, house, impound lot but it's gone. I know this is a known problem so I took a deep breath, then stole another one (I wasn't buying it again) and went back to LSC, however I'm now being charged for mods. I reloaded the save - same thing, reloaded an earlier save and purchased LSC again - same problem - no free mods. Anyone had this and know a fix. I'm on PS3, about 60% completion. I did do a search before posting but couldn't find anything so apologies if this has been answered before. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
gsbadreligion Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 the only way you can get free mods is the specific los santos custom you buy(the one in sandy shores) with the character with who you bought it. you don't get the free mods with other characters. Weirdly I'm sure the first set of mods were done in Los Santos somewhere, I bought the car, picked it up from the Grove Street Garage and took it to the nearest LSC which definitely wasn't on the Alamo Sea.
