Of course, it might be possible for a chain reaction to kill them - as long as the initial explosion wasn't close enough to harm them...

You can't put stickies on a ghost. Maybe if you stuck them to him and then he went passive? I've never tested that.

 

Anyway I don't really buy this story of killing a "griefer" and getting ghosted. I can count on one finger the times I've seen an aggro griefer type ghost me because I was killing them, and I do it a lot. They prefer all kinds of other dirty tricks so they can try to get you back (teleporting to apartment, teleporting to facility, dipping in and out of passive mode, going off radar, switching to an RC vehicle, etc.). The feature also requires that they not have damaged you at all, which isn't normal for a real griefer, unless of course you're off radar or using your own dirty tricks.
