I haven't played in a while, but I wanted to replace the Oracle,Gauntlet and Rebel in my garage with a Sultan, Pheonix and Sadler respectivley.

Basically, I pride myself, in every game on collecting the rarest things, in gta it's rare cars, I have an asea, and multiple other cars

The way I give them away is I drive around my rare car until another spawns, then shoot the driver and invite you! (I can only do this with cars that spawn, this is why I can't give away aseas)

play the No Hay Bronca mission, there is a phoenix in a driveway next to the alley ( its the same one the gang leader drives away in, steal the car form him then kill him while your in the phoenix and it will exit the mission with you

I have a sultan.. Blue on yellow..im having trouble finding the pegassi? Whichever one is the Mitsubishi evolution.. I have never seen that car. Im on ps3 though.

not sure how old this thread is. But I found a lone Sultan driving around in Paletto bay.

 

The only other time I saw one was in Sandy Shores, they tend not to spawn in the city.
