There's no economy in GTA Online

Why does everyone say that the economy is destroyed by glitchers etc.?

There's no economy. There's no way that player B finds out when player A decides to spend 300 million on cars. If there really was an economy, than the Ammunation would run out of ammo for some weapons, Legendary Motorsport wouldn't be able to deliver popular cars, some apartments wouldn't be available or raise in value, unpopular cars would become cheaper etc.

 

If there was an economy, then people would notice if everyone decides to buy the Entity instead of the Adder etc.

R* themselves say GTA O has an economy, I think it does to It's just not Implemented. Stocks will come eventually and probably a auction house to.
