Cannot purchase the Coquette

I don't know why and for some reason it wouldn't let me buy the Coquette online using my phone in the game. It keeps saying that I have insufficient funds while I have already got around 150K and then it's asking me if I would like to buy GTA$ via the PS store.

 

My current rank is 25. Is there any idea what the hell is going on? I'm not even sure if I tried and can buy other vehicles too.

Is that150k ih hand or in bank?

 

Try switching between the two as IIRC it uses your bank money for purchases

It's actually in hand. I never deposit my money in the bank as I've lost some of my money. Okay, I'll try in bank now hopefully that will work.

Must be in the bank. I went to buy koenesig last night (efigy?) and was $5k short in the bank but had just finished a $25k mission and got that message.
