Haven't tried it yet, been thinking about it recently though due to the simple fact I cannot get on without either getting kicked or timed out or when I do get on I can only do one or two jobs before getting kicked and then start the 30-45 min process of trying to get online if even can. I honestly am not the type to start glitching but it's been about a month since release and I still can't always get on, I'm not whining about it but if I do get on and can't play because I have no money, it makes me want to cheat.

Funny thing is, some of the posters on this thread and other glitch ones have also posted their tags on the forum. I will be compiling a list of the gamertags and posting it as a new topic so we can all report these cheaters. Will be a fair few.

Waited for what? That 500k? You think 500k is going to replace the things people got that surpasses 1-2mil? Not everyone has a lot of time, nor would they want to do the same things over and over again just to get what they've already had.

It is just a video game- I answer to no one as far as how I play, I am not a hacker or glitch artist.

I run a car theft operation /so side strategy. Primary residence was in PB until recently. I do jobs, survivals, any job that is profitable. Make 50-100 k or more per game day online. I like the money making as I have 3 nice properties all ten garage stuff. Ammo can be expensive. I am level 133 about 2.5 m in bank. Car mods can eat up lots of money. My zen w mods prolly 1m total investment that alone.

I recently discovered crews around level 120. Am in a couple that are open enrollment, laid back. Dropped out of two - one small inactive one the other bc of bs stuff like having to report to training / take orders or that I could not use super. Not use my super I had about a mill in, the Zen - best car in GTA? Your kidding.......

Currently I like kill people mess w me. I am real sneaky about it and ambush them from behind cover, it's fun. Goal is improve KDR.

Considering this thread is a couple months shy of two full years old; I doubt anyone would have remembered about it. Besides, everything in this thread is now incorrect when you consider all the changes they've made over the time from the thread's creation date to the present day. I honestly don't care about necro-posting, but in reality, nobody from the 2013 posts is going to reply. I don't think any of them are even here anymore.

I frankly do not feel sorry for broke people in the game. Rob some stores, steal some cars, learn what cars you get the most money for and where to find them. Sell them at a mod shop which does not have high traffic like the one in Paleto Bay. Even if you don't live there you can have the mechanic bring the car from your garage. Survivals can pay 30k if you get to level 10. Stay behind cover and don't run around at wave 8 plus like rambo getting yourself killed. So many times I have been the only one left alive at level 7 or above and then have to pull it out for them. If you get 4 players in Sandy, Processed, Railyard and they are good it can be smooth sailing to level 10. I was in a Railyard survival recently with 3 players which were from Europe I believe and hardly any of us got killed on any of the waves, a smooth 30K. Those folks knew how to survive! Death matches early on are a money drain for the ammo and horrible for KDR.

 

I stay within the rules of the game, am not a hacker or glitch artist, pursue a strategy, and play jobs which are winnable and pay ok. I join crews which offer good synergy and don't interfere with my style.

 

Don't just run with a mob shooting it up wasting ammo and money. Devise a strategy - Steal good money cars at locn A, sell them at locn B (where your not likely get harrassed by griefers), have a high end condo at locn C away from most of the mayhem. Location allowing execution of strategy is more important than a high end apartment with griefers shooting you the minute you step out.

Please dont turn this into a "glitcher" vs "legit" player argument. There are enough of them already that usually get locked. Just sleep well at night knowing you are doing the right thing by R* and playing by the rules and leave it at that. If people want to glitch they will and nothing you say will change that.
