I've seen a few different posts now with statements that appears to be from rockstar employees and nothing is certain except there is/will be a cheater pool just like max payne and that people will get placed there for abusing exploits like glitches.

 

Now they don't say if they will go ahead and place people that done it in this pool or if there will be some sort of warning first...

However if you read between the lines from two of the statements it looks like it might be that the cheaters actually get punished, mainly because it clearly says they acknowledge the LSC glitch as an offense and intend to patch it in the next patch, if they planed on warning people they'd probably done so already because from my understanding, the next patch is like in the upcoming days and why even bother talking about the LSC glitch

 

None of the post contain any information about them warning people either but rather refer to "use your common sense".

After the patch we will have a vote, and see just how many people got away with it. And then you can feel bad that this tireless crusade to get them banned fell flat on its face, and in reality, you would be better off having exploited yourself while you still could instead of posting sh*t like this online.

They didn't even say they were making a cheater pool. They said "repeat offenses may result in a ban to the cheater pool." They didn't say "We are going to add all the people who did the motorcycle glitch to a cheaters pool." They are just doing damage control for all the people crying about exploiters, not making an official announcement of the creation of a cheaters pool.
