1. Kill dude

2. Get into car WITHOUT PICKING UP the package

3. Go find your garage and drive her in

4. Go back and get package or have a friend deliver it.

5. Profit :)

It really is as simple as not picking up the evidence, I dont see how anyone has a problem with it.

All you need to solo it is a garage with an empty space.

Lol I tried doing this mission to confirm this for everyone but I couldn't for the life of me get the mission. It is from Martin correct? I'm level 45 I believe I have it.

You CAN store it in your garage so long as you DON'T pick up the case. After it's in your garage, then you can go and complete the mission.

There are two ways to keep/sell mission vehicles, but they work best with at least two players. If you have an objective item, like Evidence, have one person carry the item in a different vehicle. As long as you dont have the objective item on you, you can get into your garage, even if the icon isnt on the map. Then sell it afterwards. The other method is for one player to go turn in the objective while the second stays far away. When you come back from the mission screen you'll still be in the vehicle.

I've done this solo about 5x.

I can always store the GT without issue, however I only get $9500 when taken to LSC.

I'm fine with that as it's a bonus $9500, however I don't understand how some people are getting $22k.

Yes, called "Out of Court Settlement". He always sends it to me when I call (lvl 34)

I AM CONFIRMING THIS, I HAVE FOUND THIS WITH A FRIEND.

Now in order for this to work you need two players. REPEAT, two players.

One player who gets the car stays away from madrazo's house, the other who collects the evidence continues to his house.

After the missions the player who has the lawyer's car will still be in the car, go to LSC and get your $22,000 not 21,000.

EDIT, two posts above me is incorrect, I have tried this on multiple occasions and it DOES NOT WORK. My method is how it works.

The one player method does work. As long as you don't pick up the evidence before you get in the car, you can store it in your garage. Once you complete the mission, go back to your garage and take the car to LSC and sell it for the 22k. I have done it this way probably over 20 times

I don't believe you based on the fact that I have tried it this way and it has not worked.. So yeah there we have it we can agree to disagree as long as it works for you thats fine, It hasn't worked for me that way so I don't use it nor do I have any reason to believe that it will work because it hasn't worked.. For me.

It has worked for me and several others based on this thread alone. Just out of curiosity. What part of that method doesn't work for you?

The part where the car is worth 22,000 on that method is what doesn't work.

I have done it solo just to make sure..

I killed the lawyer, Took the evidence with the car to my garage to make sure I couldn't do it and of course I can't take the car in the garage with mission items. So I did it the other way around. I killed the lawyer took his car placed it in my garage, finished the mission went back to my garage, took the Lampadati Felon GT that was originally the lawyer's car to LSC where it had the selling price of 9,500..

Now I am not sure if this is post 1.04 patch or not but prior to this patch it has not worked for me this way. I will try it once more and give an update to this thread with my findings. No Capture card so only way is word of mouth.

As others have said. You cannot pick up the evidence before driving the car to your garage or else it won't let you enter your garage with the car. That's where your problem is.

If the evidence is stuck underneath the lawyers car, simply ram the car out of the way first

I know, I just did the method of storing it in the garage and it works. Just don't pick up the evidence.

Yeah when I was in the mid 20 ranks I could call Martin and get this mission every time. I would repeat it until my garage was full, then spend the next few in-game days selling the cars and making mucho dinero. Now, unfortunately, at level 40 when I call he only gives me Death from Above...and I hate that damn mission.

Damn, I'm 37 now and only have one open spot for it. Hmmm, looks like I'm farming it on easy for the last few levels.

Just come across this thread and can confirm that car sells at $22 - did it this morning.

Those who may still think it requires 2 players need to try the following:

1) Start mission HARD & SOLO from apartment (you will then spawn in car park near lawyer)

2) Jack any vehicle and get to lawyer at traffic lights adjacent gun store or next junction down.

3) Stop behind him at lights, get out and head shot (you have plenty of time to aim, he won't see you.

4) Important - Jack his car on the PASSENGER side (you won't then pick up evidence)

5) Evade cops and drive to your garage - drive car in and leave it.

6) Head back to evidence (any vehicle) pick it up and evade cops again

7) Take evidence back to Martin

8) Sell vehicle at your leisure

9) Rinse and repeat (if you must)

Drawbacks - if your apartment is a long distance away this can be time consuming / you have to evade cops twice (though easy).

I done it a few times made 100k through it and bought the apartment on del perro heights

$22,000 per felon gt every 30mins at LSC plus $4,500 for replaying the mission ( if you want to complete it for RP )

After the 6th sale I had enough and got what I wanted out of it, also to note I was lv28 and it was the only mission Martin kept giving me, Now I have that near to impossible death from above mission :-/

I have heard that if you do the death from above mission and press 'dislike' button you start getting the lawyer mission offers again (though haven't yet tried it)

If you have enough room in your garage, it's well worth storing the car, driving back to the evidence and shooting it. This restarts the mission and spawns a new lawyer in a new car that you can also store.

Interesting - you lose the 4500 but then it's much quicker to get the cars

Yeah, it's especially useful when you're at a high enough level for Martin to be giving you other missions. I only get Out of Court maybe 1 in 10 calls if I'm lucky (at lvl 59).

1. Kill the lawyer

2. Get in car without picking up the brief case (if he still has the brief case on him get in the passenger side of the car so you don't inadvertently pick up the brief case)

3. Take car to your personal garage

4. Kill yourself twice (I find grenades the cheapest and quickest way)

5. Press R2 (PS3) to replay mission

6. Repeat and fill garage with cars

I am still doing this when I need cash. I've done it probably 30 times. There's two free car spaces in my apartment so an easy $44k whenever I need it. It basically paid for all my car mods and my Obey 9F Cabrio. Probably easiest way to make cash in the game. Oh.. and the car sells at LSC for $22k not $21k (probably because it has bullet proof tyres).
