what is the cheater pool do ?

 

You'll only be able to join sessions/free roam with cheaters, not even people on your friendlist or crew will be able to play with you unless they happen to be in the cheater pool beside you.

You wont be able to score any record or similar either, they will disable your stats for others to see (or it will say cheater pool or similar) and none of the data will reach the official stats page.

For this, I'd say to use your best judgment. Anything that feels like an exploit is an exploit--For the LS car reselling, that is definitely an exploit that is being patched out.

Players just "playing the game" or doing missions are not considered exploits. There may be some missions players farm like crazy for a huge payout and RP boost that will be adjusted to keep the economy in balance, but players that repeat those missions while they pay out huge are not exploiting. They are just farming one particular mission.

Players that use exploits are easy to find, and repeat offenses may result in a ban to the cheater pool, which works similarly to the cheater pool introduced in Max Payne 3.

Please ask any other questions here about bannable offenses. If you'd like clarity on any piece mentioned above, please also comment here.

I'm glad I didn't cheat. Feel bad for you guys.

No reason to feel bad for them. They are happy thinking cheating actually made the game better for them. So to them that's how it is. Like you start every match in FIFA with a 100-0 score. Some people would actually like that, strange as it seems to normal ppl.

Answer: If you know you have cheated and you find yourself either in empty lobbies or always matched with games full of other cheaters, you are likely in the Cheater Pool. If you know for a fact that you never cheated—yet you are having trouble finding games due to always being put into empty lobbies--this could be due to connection problems. Players in the Cheater Pool will also have stat submission blocked to ensure that only valid scores post to leaderboards.

Answer: We do not have any way to monitor in-game chat or messaging that occurs on Xbox Live/PSN. If a player is verbally abusive in-game, this is a violation of Xbox Live and PlayStation Network Terms of Service. We recommend muting the player, blocking them, and reporting them directly to Microsoft or Sony. If you are being threatened or stalked and you believe that you may be in real physical danger, please contact local law enforcement.

 

Question: What happens if I am in the cheater pool and my friends are not, or my friends are in the cheater pool and I am not. Will I be able to play with them still?

Answer: No. Players who are not in the cheater pool cannot accept invites from those in the pool, and vice versa. You will see an error message that says "incompatible data."

 

Question: I admit it. I cheated but I want to come clean and re-join the Max Payne 3 community. How long will I be in the cheater pool?

Answer: We will post dates relevant to cheater pool and ban list revision on our Support Site:http://support.rockstargames.com/home If you are a cheater and we decide to take you out of the Cheater Pool, be careful – a second offense of this type will result in a permanent ban from Multiplayer and other online features!

Yeah. The cheaters will have lobbys with high end cars, fun with tanks, buzzards etc.

 

And Non-Cheaters will have lobbys with...yeah, nothing of this above. Nice.

novesori, why do you assume that non-cheat lobbies will not have those things? All cheating did was cut down on the time it takes to get there, the destination is still the same, tanks, apartments, super cars if you are into them, and buzzards.

Well the good news is I don't know anyone that hasn't cheated yet so I am not that worried about it. Me and my friend bought the cash cards the first day ($20) bought apartments and cars and then characters were deleted so screw it. As for an advantage? The money doesn't give you an advantage. Thats crap. What advantage do you actually get?
