gta online gang wars?

I just recieved a annotation that I can go to gang wars now but there's nothing on the map, please help

Randomly as you are cruising around in freemode, you will see a big red circle near you on the map as you are passing by a particular area. If you stop, enter the circle start heading towards the center of it, a gang member will yell at you and start shooting at you. Once you kill him it will tell you to kill all the gang members and look for crates with stuff in them.

 

Usually there are 15 to 30 gang members, you get to pick up cash from them and guns and I have seen 1 to 3 crates with guns and cash in them. Shoot the crates to open them they will be short rectangle green crates.
