Hidden Blip Mode ( Lester)

Guys, can someone help me, how much does this cost? at what level can you use it? how long does it last, and finally how often can you use it? Thanks.

 

P.S. I think the Blipe mode in free roam next patched you only be visible when firring a weapon, running, or driving.

It costs $500, lasts 1 minute with 5 minute intervals of wait in between. Not sure what level it is unlocked though. However, there is a counter to this, which is "Reveal Players".

I use it at least one time whenever I see a high bounty pop up.

 

The blip mode is fine exactly how it is, is what I think.
