Tried it pal. And the prison one where I reload the session in car park. Even tried the one whe I drive in a poor mans super car around sandy shores lol

Just go to Sandy Shores and drive around for 10 min... Can't find it, change to a new server and repeat. I fked up forgetting to insure my 1st Sultan - which i found instantly - but when i couldn't find it the 2nd time i went looking for it i tried changing server and BAM! -> Sultan. Me and my friends have done this a lot of times.

there is no sultan rs, just a sultan that gets modded to look like one with the rs badge.
