No the car is too "hot" for LSC.

yes you can. Just get teh car, go to LS and when it says you cannot sell this type of car just press (start-L1-X-X) then back out of the store then exit the car and blow yourself up with a sticky. When you respawn you are a nublet for asking this question. Use the search button.
