Headset problems.

I have recently bought a giotech ex 03 headset and i immediately hopped online. I've noticed that i can hear people while they cant hear me. In the audio input menu on the ps3 menu, it shows no sign of sound at all, but I just checked when I'm not ingame that it does show me talking and i can hear myself. As soon as i hop ingame it stops working, whats the problem here?

Sometimes this happens to me and I have to turn the headset off and back on in game before the headset works, because audio will come out of my TV instead....

 

Also go to your Bluetooth accessory settings and make sure to put volume to max which is 5

I have the same thing from time to time, It's really annoying. I can only speak to my friends then if I call them via cellphone.

I've tried restarting the headset and register it over and over again, but it still won't work. It sucks that i've paid 30 euros for this sh*t, but i know it has to work
