Sultans tend to spawn a lot on the prison parking, I got mine there.

 

I've been trying, nothing wants to spawn..

I'd also like a Sultan. Only seen on ONCE so far, and it was while i was in a personal car driving from Sandy Shores, so i didn't want to lose the car i was in >.>

 

Do Tailgaters spawn online? Wouldn't mind one of those too actually, instead of my M5 look-a-like (forgot the name).

I also got mine from the prison parking lot, but try when it's night, everytime I tried during the day was no cigar, 1st time I went and looked at night, BAM it was there

Tailgaters do spawn online, very rare tho. Had one before my garage got wiped. Reason why I'm trying to get my cars back... If I get a sultan I'll dupe it for you.

Garage got wiped AGAIN cause my xbox froze while loading... Lol... got the tailgater again by myself... Looking for sultan and asea :[

Tailgaters also spawn down at Vespucci beach. There is a tennis court on the beach with a very small parking lot behind. That's where I got mine. Apparently they spawn there with the text from Simeon. I dint have the text, so I just tried going into lobbies! hoping someone in there would have the text and it would be there... Took a few attempts but it was there, I never had any luck at the golf course. I forget what I was driving, sorry.

 

Is there a location for Asea's?

Still have yet to find a Tailgater, but I did find a reliable spawn for the Sultan. Every time I finish the Titan mission and end up at the airstrip, there is a Sultan sitting right next to the hangar (on the side facing the road). Usually driving my sabre turbo when it happens. I'd say it's been there 4/5 times I've done the mission. Nice car, it's a bit slow in its class, but the AWD is absolutely noticeable. Sticks to the road like glue, and it's probably the fastest off-road car I've tried.
