Making crew emblem transparent

A few days ago I made a crew logo. I worked on it for over a hour. Now when i try to make the background transparent, it still stays white. I know i have to click on background and then choose the white box with the red line in it. I have done this but the background still stays white. Could someone explain how to fix this problem?

Did so for me too. Tried a few times and waited patiently and eventually it worked

I ended up using a Rockstar made logo, deleting all the layers and starting with that, I know its a lot of work but it's the only thing I could figure out to give a transparent background

Make the background color transparent by selecting the transparent option in color palette. When complete save and publish (make sure it saves, sometimes it will through a message saying it didn't in which case you need to hit save as new or back out and try and save again)

Publish this, it should appear as a broken image on your feed, with the R* logo. Then just wait, it will eventually update, usually within 48 hours.
